BioI am a quiet, gay bear (or cub, whatever) living in London, Ontario. Thirty-one years old, partnered for 3 years. 
Currently working for UWO as a research technician in the sciences. About 5'11" tall, 205 lbs, lean towards being slightly overweight. I was born in Bellville, raised just outside of peterborough, lived briefly in Burlington in 1999, the moved on to London in 2000.
I'm an intelligent introvert and therefore doomed, it seems, to be misunderstood by the general public. Which is not always such a bad thing. Suprisingly friendly and good humoured (varying from quirky to silly to sarcastic) if you to get to know me. And very thoughtful. A truly scary thing for some people.
I see-saw back and forth between my desire to not be lonely and my need to be alone.
Hoping to mesh with other gay men, and anyone else of similar interests (ie. birds, nature, plants, etc.) through this journal. This is a great forum to get to know people and let them know me without all the confusion and cliquiness of a bar!
I like walking, nature, bears, travelling, and love to incessantly fuss over my 6 finches, 1 canary, 20 tropical fish, and one hamster! Interested in politics, religion, science, pets, food, and people in general.
